Template for applying Machine Learning in production

True or False: To develop a Machine Learning project in production, you essentially need a Data Scientist/ML expert that can train and tune the right ML model? The answer is False — model training and tuning is a small subset of the tasks. For ML projects to be successful, they need to managed systematically and involve a combination of Data Scientists, System Engineers, and a Problem Domain Expert. To help others with their journey, check out the task template we have learned (and continue to refine iteratively) based on developing an ML-based product. In the table below, we include ML expertise as a part of the Data Scientist role.
